AVR room clean considering the next category will be able to utilize the space as well. (May

12, 2023) We finished off our work of this category by handing out certificates of achievement

to all of the winners and participants.

Diary-like explanation about your experiences:

It was an excellent opportunity to take part in the flight attendant showmanship

category. I was motivated to pursue my dream of working in the airline industry by seeing all

of the stunning women who were performing. It was a very rewarding experience for me to

organize an event, especially it was connected to the career of which I aspired. The fact that I

was able to interact with one of the member of the Philippine Airlines Cabin Crew is another

source of determination driving me. At that time, I was experiencing a range of emotions, and

I was excited about the prospect of becoming a flight attendant. Aside from that, our

communication with our skills coaches goes smoothly and while we cannot entirely eradicate

the possibility of making errors, we are extremely fortunate that our skills coaches address our

error in an approachable way.

What are the challenges you have encountered and what did you do to overcome them?

A challenging circumstance that I've had to deal with is when one of our judges is

unable to make it to the event. We move quickly in order to find another judge who is suitable

and qualified. In addition, I came across a difficulty when one of our participants made the

decision to withdraw, which was stressful because the day of the event was getting closer to

begin. But in the end, participants complete and ready to compete. I have also been in a

situation where our props have been rejected, but it was acceptable because our skills coaches
are trying their best to make the event as hassle free as possible. In the end, we were able to

overcome all of these obstacles, and our event went off successful.

Did you experience a hard time dealing and communicating with your event’s head, leader,

or members? Explain.

I had no problem at all when it came to efficiently communicating with the head as well

as the other members of the category. Despite the fact that each of us had our own individual

tasks and obligations to do, we were all committed to accomplishing our work in the most

timely and effective manner. We collaborated with one another, offered each other a hand, and

looked for direction on how to carry out our respective roles in the most efficient way as

possible. In spite of the fact that we encountered an abundance of challenges and setbacks, I

am unwavering in my belief that there is always ample opportunity for growth and plenty of

chances for picking up a novel experience.
