EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF TRAINING AND DOCTRINE COMMAND
UNITED STATES DEFENSE FORCE
INTRODUCTION
With commitment and perseverance to lead and educate everyone within this division,
guiding them towards good conduct, I, Chief Warrant Officer 3 JamieClar, a staunch applicant,
willing to uptake the challenges and duties of becoming an Executive Officer for TRADOC. I
would like to express my deepest gratitude towards their patience for taking their time to read
my Expression of Interest. I am here to express my profound interest in taking a huge leap in
up-taking increased responsibilities that will enhance my skill sets during my tenure at the
United States Defense Force. For the amelioration of myself, I am not only here to mold myself
as a leader but to aid and assist every personnel to the path of success. Throughout this letter, I
will be explicating the qualities I possess to attest that I am the best candidate for the Executive
Officer for Training and Doctrine Command.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Throughout my tenure in USDF, I’ve learned much more than I ever expected. It has
aggrandized my leadership, self-confidence and knowledge about other platforms especially
with forums. I have accumulated amass experiences on the functions of the forum, and one of
those is the knowledge on BBCodes. I have been doing my best to cope with the management
of the forum for I know that it’ll be necessary soon. Furthermore, my knowledge is not only
limited to the functions of the forum, but also Google Docs, Spreadsheet and Drive.
As a Warrant Officer, being a good role model and mentor towards the NCOs is our duty.
Every day, I deal with a range of feelings, concerns, issues, and situations excluding my duties
as a regular member of OJFD. I took on a liking in assisting everyone in need within OJFD and
in USDF to the utmost of my abilities. I manage to establish a relaxed yet professional ambiance
with my subordinates, while helping others is simply in my nature. I like to give advice to
personnel, for I want to ensure that everyone succeeds the way I did in USDF. I can also be
seen alot managing HQ by manning the duty desk operator, as this is the easiest way to
enhance my leadership skills. I have won 1st place during the OJFD sub-branch wars, having
35 gradings completed, I didn’t find grading hard at all and I know that grading regularly will not
be a problem for me.
A step forward is what I feel every passing day within USDF, which resembles a ladder
of achievement. Each step allows me to learn something new and it is equivalent to a
knowledge that is either new or old that represents either failure or success, at every step we
learn something new about our failures and a continuation towards our success. We have to
learn to accept failures and to proceed on to the next step, and these failures serves as a guide
for the future. As I have reached higher, I have learned that every failure I’ve experienced has
helped me to bring myself up and I will be using this opportunity to apply for XO TRADOC. This
opportunity will not only append my leadership abilities and experiences but also assist me in
my communication skills and helping each other with every step of the ladder up to the highest
and lead everyone else to success.
This is my second year as representative for the “Supreme Student Government”. It has
been onerous and exciting at the same time as I handle over 200 students within our grade
level. As a representative, one of my duties includes hosting meetings together with other
officers, we address issues which includes environmental problems within our school that
requires immense observation over our campus. We are also the people that are in charge of
organizing school events such as the upcoming founder’s day, for which I am one of the
representatives that are going to be keeping the peace and order on our campus within those 2
days. One similar situation that I could say that reminds me of the responsibilities of XO
TRADOC is when I educate students and making sure that the requirements of each students
are being met. This is quite similar to managing the OJFD Academy whilst guiding the FDDO
and HNCO. I am also in charge of updating our social media page on certain topics and ideas
that are talked about during our council’s meeting which every one of us requires at least one
suggestion and have to be open-minded for every suggestion must be looked upon to through
an unbiased manner.
ACHIEVEMENTS

I couldn’t have done it without the help of my fellow personnel, for I know that they
believed and encouraged me to work hard and do more, for that, I had this urge feeling that I
shall be doing the same thing to everyone that is under me. I have a great certitude that I will be
able to continue and even greater my dedication in service within USDF, especially as an
Executive Officer for TRADOC.
GOALS
My main goal in OJFD as XO TRADOC is to help and assist those in command and

but also those in command. I would like to educate and lead those within my authority and

Like other applicants, strength also comes with weaknesses. One of my weakness is being too
talkative. But I am continuously working on it and trying to turn it to one of my key skills. I have
some plans in mind on how I can reduce the talking and to listen more. I will be using this term
to improve more of my weaknesses that will used for my long term goals such as Officer
Candidate School.

Officer for TRADOC. I have the knowledge, trait, and attitude necessary in becoming XO

USDF personnel. I will be making sure that the core-values are within me throughout my term as
XO TRADOC if I get accepted. I will be making sure that every second spent of being Executive
Officer of TRADOC will be my guide through success and also the success of others. I may not
be the best at first, I may have many failures at first, but in the end, I will be making sure that
everyone, not only myself, will experience the lingering taste of success. I appreciate your time
