Being from a different wok background I can bring diversity which is a much required quality
when you will be studying and working in groups. There has to be something which you can
give to a group. Being a hardworking person I can manage the two tough years of MBA. I
have not seen other candidates but I think that most deserving candidate should get the

Q) Your biggest strength and weakness

Strength: my adaptability and congeniality are my biggest strengths. Being adaptable and
congenial is important quality one should have while working in teams.

Weakness: I take time to take decision and I am working on it by maintaining a dairy where I
write pros and cons of all options available to help me take quick decions.

Q) Tell me about a time where you overcame a particularly difficult challenge

at work. How did you add value?
At the first day of my work itself I was very nervous to work with people, all elder to me and more
experienced. I have been assigned the role of admin which made me even more hesitant because I
had to supervise them, but then after then I reminded myself of such situations in college where I
went out and talked to elder people those were strangers to convince them, like while getting
sponsorship. I always reminded my myself once in a while that they are elder, I have to supervise
them but in a respectful way. And now we make a pretty good team.

Q) what are your short term and long term goals?

Sir my immediate short term goal is to learn all about management and corporates from an
esteemed institute and then get into a company where I can implement the knowledge
gained throughout and after having sufficient experience my goal 10-15 yrs down the lane is
to start my own business and also when I will be financially ready I would like to start NGO
of my own.
Q) what kind of team member are you?
Lead my first team in college in sponsorship committee, the team was not very difficult to
handle but the task of motivating them to get sponsorship was challenging. but there my
senior guided me for this. Then as a Co-GS everything was a just a matter of how you cope
with others in this role I got many opportunities to build a team and it was easy when you
get opinions of everyone in the team so that you can stand on your team’s expectations.
Now also I work as a co-admin and here your job depends on how well you can persuade
someone to do their duty for which you need to be a good team member and a good leader.
