Reflection of Cdt. Gaddi
Our soft abilities Participants do not need to be fit or ready for a
marathon to participate in this wonderful race! Our wonderful race is all
about having a fantastic time that you can share with your coworkers. It is
appropriate for all types of teams. It gets you outside and is just competitive
enough to keep you interested in the outcome. From a tug of war to a
treasure hunt, there's something for everyone. To make the event a
fantastic learning experience for all participants, we've quietly added topics
like communication difficulties, personality types exercises, and team spirit
games.
Overall, this wonderful soft skill race is about having fun, strengthening
friendships, and learning more about the key soft skills for excellent team
performance. It's all about enhancing organizational success by connecting people
to increase workplace satisfaction.

I believe that the themes and abilities covered in this game will aid us in
remembering how to find the exact location of a position on a map in our future
regions. We may also use our understanding of significant games, to gain a better
understanding of a game's virtue.

Finding the various stations and taking turns with the other groups using them
and getting our work verified was a source of contention for my group and me
during "The Amazing Race." This, I believe, was the factor that slowed us down the
most. My group members and I, on the other hand, were quite congenial, thus we
were able to go quickly from challenge to challenge without much contention.

From the activity, I learned that each level or rather each officer have their
own project or rather duties to do. As the quotation says that no man is an
island. Each officer will do their best to do their own job. Nonetheless if one
officers does not do any of his or her duty the whole project will be
subjected into a failure. Buts that’s the point being officers they lead and
help one another to help or rather secure the success of the project of the
whole team. During the brainstorming of my groupmates I learned to
cooperate and to master my socializing skill. Other than that, it helped me
also connect to my co cadets in an online way.
This group projects, that is properly designed, helped reinforce our
abilities that are applicable to both group and individual work, such as the
ability to: Break difficult activities into sections and phases what we did
was covering each other’s back or rather separating each of the works.
What we designed or rather did and or agreed on is that time should be
planned and managed. The Discussion and explanation helped us
comprehend the topic
Other than it really helps improve our peer learning, which help us
learn our self towards the other person, improved critical thinking by brain
storming, improved our communication skills by sharing our thought on the
given project and help me more in the perceptions of the officers.

The activity gave me insightsGaluga
on how and what should a good school,
company should have in order to be disciplined and be in order always. It
gives us knowledge about proper use of power and responsibility, the use
of hierarchy to induce decorum, discipline and order to every part of the
academy or anywhere else.
The activity also led me to socialize and share our own perception on
the different positions in the fleet and batch, on how we see them function,
furthermore my group already has a background on having a position on
the batch leaders, so it was an easy activity to do for us.

There is no 'I' in Teamwork". Even in the academy, it is observable that
we are always together working as one be it during school activities, or in
our daily life inside the academy. Nonetheles, there are those individuals
who are more domineering and cut above the most. They are the ones
whose ability to work as a group is peerless. They are none other than the
fleet officers.
The discussion today is very meaningful and significant, because what
we discussed is all about the Fleet Officers.Through the diligence of our
instructor, we were able to know more about the MMMA Fleet officers. We
discussed about the specific uties and responsibilities that each officer of
the fleet performs.
We were also asked to form groups and answer some questions
concerning the topic that we’ve discussed. Me my teammates worked as
one so that we will be able to accomplish the task efficiently and
splendidly. The prime elements of teamwork are coordination and
cooperation. Every element in our team coordinated and cooperated with
the rest of the team so that our workflow is maintained aptly. All the
members understand the importance of teamwork and contribute to it as
per the directions given. Because of this, our outcome is extremely
constructive.
