1. OPT Plus -all pre-school children ges 0-
71 months old must be
weighed and have their
height monitored for their
Nutritional Status
-the BNC agreed upon that it will
be scheduled per purok and
ccompanied by the kagawads who
are available on that date and
also the tanods.

2. Deworming & Vitamin -all children ages 6 months
A old up to 59 months will be
given Albendazole tablet.
5 to 18 years old children
from the private schools and
OYS w/in the barangay
-all puroks will be given their
schedule for deworming and
vitamin A, and its done through
the BNS and BNAO and during the
implementation,
The kagawad who was task for
this (micronutrient

 supplementation) will be hand in
hand with the health worker.
