As a passionate and hard-working individual, I would like to be considered for the job as
Business Developer at Ministry of Labour as recently advertised.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce in Business Administration from the University of

Malawi - the Polytechnic which has equipped me with the competence in Marketing and sales
management, strategic management, Human resources management and other forms of
management. With this background, I have served as sales officer at Go Jet where I was
responsible for selling products and services whilst facilitating the process of identifying,
managing customer complaints affecting the business and assisting the organization to
capitalize on positive customer feedback. I have also served as International Relations
coordinator and Senior Business and Economics Teacher at Kamuzu Academy where among
other things I was teach Business studies from IGSCE, AS and A levels. This exposure to the
business industry has acquainted me with a diversity of marketing techniques and business
operations. Therefore, the knowledge and experience in customer management coupled with
my excellent communication and analytical skills as well as my ability to work in a team, I
