- Some protein needs to be at lunch breakfast and dinner. You can choose milk, curd, dal,
channa, rajma.
- Avoid all fried foods and foods from outside.
- Avoid ice creams and sweets.
- Avoid excess jaggery and sugar intake.

- Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

1.Eat the iron rich foods Include these foods in your diet.
a.Veg Sources- Green Leafy Vegetables, Ragi, Garden Cress Seeds, Black Raisins, Tofu,
Legumes like lentils, black beans, chickpeas; Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Pomegranate
fortified bread/flour/salt.
b.Non Veg Sources- Liver, Sea food, Eggs.
2.Vit C rich fruits -helps in iron absorption-like oranges, sweet lime,lemon, tamrind.
REDFLAG SIGNS:
Watch for these symptoms, if any kindly visit hospital in person at the earliest
a. onset of breathlessness( mainly during walking/climbing stairs/working),
b.swelling of lower limbs
c. giddiness
d.headache
