Confirmation of Registration to the Webinar on the Use of and Registration to the Online

Blacklisting Portal on 11 August 2020 (Batch 1)

Dear Ma’am/Sir:

We are pleased to confirm your registration to the Webinar on the Use of and Registration to the
Online Blacklisting Portal (OBP) for Procuring Entities (PEs) via Zoom on 11 August 2020. Below

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

As one of the goals of the webinar is to register PEs in the OBP, please take note of the following:

1. Only the Official User (as designated by the Head of the Procuring Entity) should attend
the webinar (i.e., one participant per PE);
2. Ensure that the approved Office Order or similar document1 designating the Agency
Official User (only 1 person) is available;
3. The 2x2 Picture of the official user (maximum of 2mb, in .jpg, jpeg, png format) must also
be available as this will be used as the display photo in the profile of the agency account
in the OBP;
4. The e-mail address to be enrolled should be the official e-mail address2 of the PE. Kindly
note that the e-mail address, together with the agency name, is not allowed to be changed
once registration has been made; and
5. All requests for registration on the OBP, including the copy of the Office Order or similar
document, shall be verified by the GPPB-TSO using the nomination information and
documents3 sent at monitoring@gppb.gov.ph.

Guidelines:

I. Before the Online Training

● Participants may send advance questions at the GPPB-TSO Online Training Management
System (OTMS):

II. During Online Training

mail address will always be available for use of your agency, regardless of change of the Official User.

● Participants should join the ZOOM Meeting at least 10 minutes before the official start of
the activity. All participants will be placed in the waiting room upon logging in and only
those that follow the prescribed name format and who have registered (1 participant
per PE) for the webinar through the GPPB-TSO OTMS shall be accepted.
● Name format in ZOOM should be (Agency Acronym)_(Name); i.e. GPPB-TSO_Agnes
Gamboa
● Please be advised that audio shall be muted during the entire duration of the online
training to be able to properly manage the time, especially during the open forum.
● The Resource Speaker will be entertaining questions only from the available platforms –
advance questions from the GPPB-TSO OTMS and additional live questions from Zoom
Chatbox.
● During the open forum, questions from the OTMS shall be answered first by the Resource
Speaker followed by additional live questions from Zoom Chatbox.

III. After Online Training

● Accomplish the online evaluation through the OTMS.


● The evaluation is in three parts, first is the general evaluation or the evaluation of the
webinar secretariat. Second is the evaluation of the presentation materials used
during the discussion earlier today. And, lastly, is the evaluation of our Resource
Speakers. Your feedback is important to us so we can continually improve the conduct of
our future webinar series.
● Please note also that the access to the OTMS will close within three (3) days after the
activity. So please immediately accomplish the online evaluation.

Further, attached herewith are the Program of Activities for reference. Copy of the presentations
shall likewise be provided after the activity. For the Guide on the Use of the OTMS, please use
