B PROCEDURE: : LINE UP PROCEDURE: 1) No PTWis pending 2) All manholes in secondary air duct are closed. 3) Ensure FD Fan breaker is normalized and is in Remote condition, DMCW (SG) pump is in service. Line-up cooling water to Lube oil cooler ( DMCW Supply, return valves are open ) 6) Fan Outlet gate is closed. 7) Lube oil level is normal. 8) All instruments are lined up. Ensure Air heater is lined up. 10) Ensure APH & 1D Fan is running. 11) Motor protection relay is healthy. 12) Ensure EPB is released. 13) Both lube oil pumps modules are ON and inremote. * 14) Fan discharge damper module is ON and in remote. ‘START UP: Start lube oll pump. Ensure lube oil pressure is normal (>4 kg/cm’) and control oil pressure normal (>10 kg/cm’). Keep the Blade pitch is in minimum position. Ensure all FD fans start permissive are healthy, 4) Start the FD fan and Ensure lischarge gate is full open in Auto. 5) Ensure furnace pressure is within the permissible range. 6) Ensure bearing vibrations and bearing temp are within the permissible range. SHUTDOWN: 1) Reduce the unit load less than 50% if first FD fan is stopping. 2) Unload the fan by reducing the blade pitch to min. 3) Stop the fan. x 4) Close discharge gate.
