(DMCW supply and return MIVs are open ) 10) Open lube oil pump suction valve, cooler outlet valve. Page SJINDAL POWER LIMITED, TAMNAR RAIGARH snag 4X 600 MW POWER PLANT ‘SOP FOR AIR PRE-HEATER 11) DMCW |/L and O/L MIVs for oil carry over probe should open’ 12) Open air isolation MIV for air motor and ensure air pressure low switch is in reset condition. | STARTUP: 1) Start Guide Bearing lube oil pump (Starts in AUTO at 40'c). 2) Start Support Bearing lube oil pump (Starts in AUTO at 40'c). 3) Start Air Motor and check AIR inlet solenoid valve opens in Auto. 4) Start APH Motor and observe that Air Motor Stops in Auto. ‘SHUT DOWN: 1) Flue gas temperature at APH inlet should be less than 90°C 2) Stop APH Motor. 3) Ensure Support Bearing lube oil pumps Stops when bearing temperature is below 38c. 4) Ensure Guide Bearing lube oll pumps stops when bearing temperature is below 38c. ISOLATION PROCEDURE: 1) Close air motor air supply manual isolation valves ( Solenoid inlet, outlet , bypass ) 2) Isolate the APH motor module. 3)_ Isolate Guide Bearing lube oil pumps (A, B) modules. 4)_ Isolate Support Bearing lube oil pumps (A, B) modules.
