Dear Parents (For classes I & II)
Greetings from DPS Nacharam!

We trust that all families are safe and healthy in these covid times. School has made earnest efforts in the
conduct of online classes from the month of March, 2021. We appreciate the cooperation given by parents
in supporting their wards and ensuring the smooth conduct of the academic year.
Please note some key details for your information:
 Annual exams will be conducted from 25th February, 2022 to 5th March, 2022.
 The exams will be conducted in the online mode for students this term.
 PTM for the declaration of results is also scheduled after the exams from 9th to 12th March, 2022
Details will be informed by the class teachers.
The syllabus has been completed as per the almanac. It is mandatory that each child is certified in
thefollowing before taking the exams/ e-admit card process.
1) Proper attendance of at least 80%
2) Classwork books completion and submission neatly to the subject teacher.
3) Clear fee dues (if any)
School has planned active revision from 25th January, 2022. Extra support classes and Enrichment classes
are also being planned for the improved performance of students. The time table with syllabus details has
been uploaded on studease dated 8th February 2022. We wish all students the best of luck in the exams and
hope they will attempt in all sincerity with complete ethical honesty in keeping with DPS value systems.
