1. Business Requirements

1.1. Background
VPT is a specialized company in Car Parking services. In order to improve quality of services,
reduce cost and efficient in management, it wants to develop a Vehicle Plate Tracking System
and then installed in all the Car-Parking. The project provides companies that need a license
plate management software to solve their problems quickly and effectively, as well as for car
keeping. The system also needs an early stage marketing team so that the application can reach
many people. The system also needs a manager and a maintenance team to keep the system
running smoothly.

1.2. Business Opportunity

Vehicle variable management software will make managing your vehicle easier. The parking
company will not have to worry about how to manage the entrance to the parking lot of the car,
minimize the cost of hiring the ticket collector, ensure the accuracy and speed in checking the
vehicle. into the parking lot. Managing information of each vehicle through the license plate is
also easier. Companies will use the software reasonably instead of hiring more staff to manage
and keep the car, thereby reducing the cost of parking.

1.3. Business Objectives

BO-1: Reduce the time to manage the car in and out of the parking lot, reduce the workforce for
checking tickets, easily manage vehicle information.
BO-2: 30% increase in parking revenue, help others know and use more services while
increasing profits for parking
BO-3: Reduced risk of property damage and money (reduced rate of part theft, car scratches, car
theft)

1.4. Success Metrics

SM-1: User surveys give lots of positive feedback, product reviews are essential for better social
planning
SM-2: The number of subscribers increased sharply.

1.5. Vision Statement

For users who want to find themselves a parking space near where they live, Vehicle Plate

1.6. Business Risks

invest in the system.
Ri - 2: the system can' t be flexible in handling parking cases for the car, but it can' t be added to
those locations

1.7. Business Assumptions and Dependencies

AS-1: Systems with appropriate user interfaces will make it more convenient for users to use
AS-2: Registered users' information and their vehicles will be stored in a database to ensure
efficient management.
DE-1: Each parking lot, when registered as a member, must have the function of communicating
with the parking user of that parking lot, ensuring to provide all necessary information for the
user.

2. Scope and Limitations
