I would like to dedicate this report first to, God Almighty, my family, College
of Technology (Instructors) and my Co-interns.
ABSTRACT

This report describes my internship experience with Capital Insider Company –


Buea, from August 1st 2021 to September 30th 2021. The internship objectives
were set to provide i with an internship experience that fulfils the requirements
for the HND engineering program. The objectives was to become familiar with
company environment services to clients; to gain experience in the company,
industry standards, ethical practices, to make contribution and the interactions
between the company and the Information Technology business environments.

During the internship, I was involved to put study into practice in building apps,
designing web pages and some other projects like using system analysis. I was
assigned the responsibility to create a Login Account for employee ID.
Furthermore, I gain experience in project management, company practices, and
the internal and external activities of the internship company.

Time consciousness was a strict factor considered by the company as working


as a team is essential in collaborating and working according to
customers/client’s needs.

In a project like this, I must appreciate professionals, professors for their


support and assistance. I am truly thankful to those who offered me moral
support, technical expertise during my two months internship program.

To Capital Insider, whose company was the platform for training and company
experience, illustrative and elaborate work on the internship.

I would like to thank the HOD, Mr.Megoze Hilaire, for his academic and
technical advice. Who strictly persuaded I, that time is key for scientific and
particularly software engineers. And the programming knowledge on how to
solve problems.

Mr Ngata George, for his exhaustive follow up which enabled me to keep


striving forward.

Mr.Kamga Simo, who helped me to focused on practical skills other than


academic literature. He introduced new updates on current developments on
Web and application developments to see that I realised the objectives and goals
of the internship training.

Mr Nkom Emmanuel, who offered a thorough guidance and counselling on


how this report should be intelligently presented.

Finally, I want to thank all the staff, lecturers, of COT, UB, for their kind
collaboration, academic knowledge, to enable me to study in a serene
environment.

GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Brief Presentation of the Company

The internship company, CI, offers financial services and is a consulting


company on how to manage daily and monthly income. The company provides
professional services, organizing, planning and designing services for its clients.

The current executive director had had the tenure of office since July, 2019.The
company is located on the same building hosting the CCA bank, Molyko-Buea.
It has as it caption “the best choice of your FUND MANAGEMENT”.

The company has a web site, http://www.Capitalinsider.io/

The company is on outgrowth of a modern financial firm

The company has board of directors at it top management level. Followed by


the chief executive officer, Ngam Eleanor Nayah.and had other employees as
follows: Kamga Simo, who is a designer at Capital insider. Etu Valery Ayamba,
who is the brand marketing consultant. Nayaba Jireh, associate consultant at the
company, and Nain Sidena. It also has brand manager, planner, affiliate
supervisor and affiliates.

Overview of the Company and Generalities on the Topic


The company is primarily engage on making interests on funds from clients and
investing it into a variety of securities and assets. Assets such as currencies,
stocks, real estate. The company structure function to aid income earners on
how give security on their income, what type of project than can be undertaken
so as to yield a desired profit making effectiveness. It is determine and set by
upper management in a manner that will maximised the organizational
effectiveness. It is responsible for the daily work flow and solving of financial
difficulties encountered by employees. It offers advisory or counselling sessions
on how to be financially disciplined. It provides information about their work
force and decision making. This helps to give general awareness to the public.
The top management supervised the services rendered to make sure that
customers with difficulties can received expert advice and solutions provided.

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS

-It goal is to make savings easier for its clients. Once you create an account
with Capital Insider, you can do daily savings.

Also, to generate interest on servings about 0.75% to 6% monthly.

- It helps customers to improve on financial illiteracy to financial


awareness and financial literacy. It encouraged about 20% of savings and
offered membership card for customers to enable them save and withdraw
money at comfort. The enlightened the public on the excess wealth in
today’s savings. And that a portions of today income can be beneficial for
the future through savings. As, part of their priority, is to that every
person owns a bank account. It is a financial fortress to new investors.
