Answer the questions briefly.

1. Give one (1) concrete decision/ order that will mitigate and/or lessen the corruption in the
government. Explain how are you going to implement/ administer it.

How are you going to fix what has been broken since long time ago? Lots of people already tried
to at least improve it and almost all of them failed. As for me, I honestly don’t really know if it
will still be literally fixed. The problems are not just with the laws but by the people. No matter
the program I administer to solve this problem, it is still the people’s decision to follow it or not.
The problem is within, the problem is the greed. That’s a long term disease anyone nowadays
can have as people kept being too attached to material things. To fight the corruption, is to fight
the ego of those people who doesn’t have conscience. That is when you’ll figure out it is hard
and you’ll say “can I fight them?” Some can come up with an opinion to fight the devil by
another devil. But I oppose… These problems are rooted from childhood, from school, from
family, from friends, and from work. The only thing that can solve this is to implement
something in general that revolves around all these factors. We have to implement kindness; we
have to implement mercy, compassion, love, hope, care. I can see that some people might over
power us once they thought we are weak. But personally, being kind is a strength not everyone
can master. To actually stand up without falling apart and without stepping on other people is a
kind of pride you’ll surely be proud of. By this, we should start off teaching each child that
money is just a material thing. We need it but we shouldn’t focus our world trying to reach
something that should be just a “thing.” We have it to revolve around us, not the otherwise. We
should start teaching everyone to love people around them, not the materials they can offer. We
have to teach them respect; we have to teach them humanity… If each and every one of us apply
this concept and be a role model, the world might be more of a better place to live. My answer is
not even political, it does not also focus on economy, not that law related but I think it is
worthwhile to be someone different.

2. (Subjective question) Among the national election candidates, regardless of positions, who do you
think is the most qualified and deserving of a government post? Explain your answer.

As of the government post, funny to others but I will get Manny Pacquiao is
