POSITION SUMMARY

Manage the contractual activities of customer accounts for new Aircraft ! Apply Using LinkedIn

deliveries. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective position_id=b7e06032bc42)
customers. Lead the Delivery Team through the contractual process to
ensure on-time aircraft deliveries within a team-based environment. Ensure
deliverables are met in a timely manner according to the guidelines of View larger map

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in customer spec sessions as necessary, travel to customer


locations occasionally

Communicate regularly with Production, Design Team, and other

Monitor all financial aspects of the Contract with Finance Team

Manage and create all documentation necessary for aircraft


specification changes, including purchase agreement contract
amendments, assignments, and aircraft delivery and closing activities

Prepare and present to Customer expectations and documentation
requirements for the aircraft registration, aircraft delivery, including FAA
and international authority filings and export requirements.

Maintain all contract-related databases for accuracy


Travel with customers to off-site closing locations as dictated by the
contract, as necessary

Continuously evaluate best practices for the Contracts Department by


maintaining communication with Management

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:

BA/BS in Business Administration/Management, Legal studies or


Aviation preferred

Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience in aviation aircraft sales, aircraft delivery, or


equivalent related experience

Aviation environment preferred; strong customer C-Suite relationship (https://breezy-

aviation OEM sales, delivery, aircraft closing process and marketing
experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

practices in their work assignments which typically are complex in


nature.

Identifying barriers to success, utilizing troubleshooting and problem-


solving skills towards development of creative solutions.

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Salesforce or similar CRM


software, SAP experience is desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Promote company culture dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction


and building strong customer relationships

Interpersonal skills: must be able to manage all personalities, including


C-Suite customers, builds effective relationships, uses diplomacy and
tact

Organized, prepared, yet flexible

Working Conditions / Environment/ Special Requirements

Ability to deal with work in a safe professional manner adhering to all


regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal
regulations.

Ability to work flexible hours as required
