PROPOSAL FOR : FUNDRAISING EVENT

Project Name : Fundraising Event - Badminton Club Pastry Stand


Date of Event : Various Lunch Time 10:00 pm - 12:00 pm
Proposed Venue : Stephanie Hall in front of Stage
Project Managers: Ms.E Senior( Club Advisor ), Tiana Morrison (Club President)

The purpose of this document is to provide a brief overview of the plan to stage a
fundraising event in the form of a “Pastry Stand”. The Badminton club seeks assistance
of coaches for the continuation and the success of the Club.

We wish to sell pastries such as:


● Donuts
● Cake
● Cookies

To acquire the funds to purchase the pastries, we intend to use the money acquired
from member donations, as well as dues collected from regular club meetings on
Mondays and Fridays. After every club meeting the money collected from the members
will be given to Mr. Allen, the Head of the Sports Department, by the Club President
Tiana Morrison. After the money collected has reached the quota for the total prices of
the pastries, it will then be passed onto our Club Advisor Ms. E. Senior to purchase the
items. This is to ensure that no student will be in any establishments purchasing the
items, as well as to ensure the safety and integrity of the club.
