INTRODUCTION ACTION BY

1. The meeting commenced at 1pm via Microsoft Teams.

PROJECT PROPOSAL

2. Glen started off the meeting by sharing the project proposal done by the team

3. Keith updated that the team he had made amendment to the choice of programming language to All members
JAVA because JIRA is a pure JAVA based application and he highlighted that it would be much
compatible to JIRA software. Python and HTML with CSS will remain as the choice for the
frontend language. The team all agreed with no further comments

SETTING UP WORKPLACE

4. With the confirmation of how the project should be started, Keith urged the team to start All members
familiarizing with the JIRA environment before starting to code the project due to the
complexity of the project.

6. Glen reminded the team to do a final check on the project proposal before 13 Nov 1700H where All members
he would submit the proposal.
