INTRODUCTION ACTION BY

1. The meeting commenced at 7pm via Microsoft Teams.

UPDATES ON DELIVERABLES FOR THE UPCOMING WEEK

2. Glen started off the meeting by sharing the deliverables for the upcoming week and All members
all members agreed.

3. The team discussed and assigned the items each members will work on for the All members
Prototype Demo slides and any additional content to be added on. The team will continue
working on the slides.

4. The team has agreed to schedule a discussion with the project supervisor for Zhang Cheng
feedbacks on the project status. Zhang Cheng will schedule a session with Mr Tian.

CONCLUSION

5. The team will update again on the presentation slides and the coding part of the All members
plugin the next week.

6. With no other matters, the meeting adjourned at 8pm and the next meeting will be
held on 26 December 2021, 7pm to 8pm.
