INTRODUCTION ACTION BY

1. The meeting commenced at 7pm via Microsoft Teams.

UPDATES ON DELIVERABLES FOR THE UPCOMING WEEK

2. Glen started off the meeting by sharing the deliverables for the upcoming week and all All members
members agreed.

3. The team discussed and assigned the items each members will work on for the All members
Prototype Demo slides and any additional content to be added on. The team will continue
working on the slides.

4. Zhang Cheng updated that the session with Mr Tian is scheduled on the 28 Dec.

UPDATES ON JIRA PLUGIN

5. Keith updated that the front end is now functional and allows the user to input the Glen and Serena
items in the ticket and select the sprint to be placed in. A function to calculate the priority is
based on the story points was done up as well. The team then discussed on adding datasets to
train the data model. Glen and Serena will be entering in the additional test data.

CONCLUSION

6. The team will update again on the presentation slides and the coding part of the plugin All members
the next week.

7. With no other matters, the meeting adjourned at 8pm and the next meeting will be held
on 28 December 2021, 7pm to 8pm.
