Maintainance of High Mast Light in Rajakkad Grama Panchayat

Agreement exeuted On the 12 Day of march Two Thousand twenteen between

NEWTECH SOLUTIONS ,RAMAKKALMEDU PO,IDUKKI,Pin :685552 hereinafter Called as the supplier/
contractor) and the secretary, Rajakkad Grama Panchayat , Rajakkad po Rajakkad ,pin:685551 Idukki
District on behalf govt of Kerala(hereinafter called the Grama Panchayat)

1. WHEREAS the supplier/contractor has submitted Tender For the maintainance of High Mast light
system at Rajakkad, Rajakkad grama Panchayath tender ID and Grama
panchayath had accepted and issue selection notice No

2 AND WHEREAS Grama panchayat please to accept the subject to the condition stated Below.

a.T he supplier/contractor undertakes to supply and install the same as stated in the tender
within the stipulated period
b. The complete responsibilit) and liability related to installation mounting the Functioning of the
said light system will rest the supplier/contractor.

c. The supplier/contractor agrees to give twelve months of AMC. (materials should be provided by
the Grama panchayath if necessary)

d. Supplier/contractor agrees to give service to the said light as and when directed by Grama
Panchayat within warranty period

e. Damages if any raised (without accident or natural hazards/calamities )to public or the
panchayath will be sole responsibility of the supplier/contractor and the expense incurred if any for
rectification as I well as contractual obligation for rectification will rest on the supplier/contractor
malfunctioning of said light and GramaPanchayt in no way will liable for any such damages.

f.The supplier agrees to complete the work 30 days from the date of getting all clearance.

g. The user agency liable for paying consumption for electricity charges of said light.

h. Supplier/Contractor quote amount without tax.

i. The Contractor agrees that all sums found due to the grama panchayth under or by virtue of
these presents shall be recoverable from him and his properties. movable and immovable. under the
provisions of the Revenue Recovery Act, for the time being in force as though her are arrears of land
revenue or in any other manner and within such time as the Grama panchayath dria) deem fit.
In deciding what sum of money is due to Grama panchayath under or by virtue of this deed. the
Contractor/supplier agrees that the decision of the Grama panchayath shall be final and conclusion
and shall be binding on the contractor
