Topic 1
Advancement of HOTEL AND GUST SPACES IN DAWRO
cause .
Tercha town is capital of Dawro zone which has a total area of 8810.4
square kilometer and consists 7 woredas and two city administrations .
The total population of the zone is estimated about 998454 (CSA, 2007)
with a population density of 271 inhabitants per kilometer square .
Also Dawro zone is know one of the tourism site in Ethiopia, like halala
cave (kella) , gibe-3 artificial lakes ,chabara churchura international park
and gebeta le hager projects . And also Dawro is one of cultural
diversified and naturally also very rich like different forestry , natural
medical plantations . Dawro has a different cultural musical instruments
(Dinkiya hixixiya ,) , its own dance styles , cultural clothing , food
preparation and the other cultural aspects .
BUT Dawro zone lack the not only standardized hotels but it lacks small
gust space as well as VIP spaces . Because of this problem in our city , I
want to deal with this problem .
Topic 2
Enhancing of health care for mothers and children .
Because of less health centers and health post in Dawro zone as well as
lack of special health center for mother and child there is high rate death
of children and mothers , so by this cause our zone lacks a productive
aged youths for its sustainable development .

Topic 3
Developing agro-industry for farmers in dawro

Dawro zone is one of less urbanized city in Ethiopia and mostly covered
by farm lands . From total land 97 % is covered by farmlands and
forest,as well as the farmers sell their annual product to the other part of
Ethiopia by less price and they are not productive by their work .So I
want to develop the farmers productivity through architecture .
