7. The certificate will be provided after the class end. To get the certificate, you have

link, open it, fill with the proper email id and submit the form. Check your email
after 5 min. It is an automatic process.

Method of Preparation:
1. Add flax seeds powder with water in a bowl
2. Beat butter, icing sugar, and brown sugar in another bowl
3. Add flax seeds mixture mixed with it
4. Sieve all dry ingredients and add wet ingredients
5. Make a dough and roll it to make it flat
6. Keep in the fridge for 30 min
7. Cut with cookie cutter
8. Again keep this in the fridge for 15 min
9. Bake it for 15 to 20 min at 1700C in a preheated oven
10. Cool it
11. Decoration is shown in the class

9. White Chocolate – 100 gm

11. Rose Essence – 4 to 5 Drops
12. Ammonia – ¼ TSP + 1 TBSP milk (Optional)
Method of Preparation:
1. Melt chocolate in a bowl; add cocoa butter, pink color, rose essence, and mix it
2. Pour this mixture into the chocolate mould
3. Set it in the fridge for 15 to 20 min
4. Take another bowl; add butter, castor sugar, brown sugar, essence and whisk it for
2/3 min
5. Sieve all dry ingredients and add the butter-sugar mixture
6. Add a few drops of green or yellow color
7. Make a dough and make parts of 50 gm each
8. Fill each part with chocolate and make balls
9. Set into the fridge for half an hour
10. Bake it for 15 to 20 min at 1700C in a preheated oven

6. Make balls from dough and fill with Nutella
7. Set in the fridge for 30 min

6. Set again in the fridge for 15 min
7. Bake it for 15 to 20 min at 1700C in a preheated oven
8. Deep the cool baked cookies in the melted chocolate
9. Set in the room temperature

For Icing:

1. Mix icing sugar, water, essence, color and boil it for a min
2. Pour this over the cookies and put a pice of walnut over it
