Good day!

With reference to DepEd Order No. 19 s. 2008 which states that School Publication is
one of the authorized contributions that may be collected on a voluntary basis, we the School
Paper Advisers would like to request for your approval for us to proceed with the collection of
Publication Fee amounting to Php 90.00 per student for both Junior and Senior High School.
The collected amount shall be used for the publication of the school newspaper in line with the
campus journalism program, conduct of trainings/workshops for students and teachers,
registration fees for trainings (e.g. WordCup) and other miscellaneous expenses.
