INDEMNITY BOND

(To be attested on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper)

This Indemnity Bond is made on ____________ by ______________, having residence

at __________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Borrower”) in favour of
___________________, having its registered office at ____________________
(hereinafter referred to as the “Lender”).

I __________, the above said Borrower, hereby declare and confirm that, I have made
a declaration and certification that there are no  pending litigation/quasi-judicial
proceedings, notices /orders etc. that  will in any manner cause any harm or loss, either
pecuniary or otherwise to the Lender, due to the Loan advanced in favour of Borrower
by Lender for purchase of Vehicles, and I further hereby confirm and declare to keep
the Lender indemnified against any actions, claims, costs, damages, demands,
expenses, losses and liabilities, suffered or incurred by the Lender in future arising
directly or indirectly from or in connection with any loss or injury, whether pecuniary or
otherwise, by/or against the Borrower/ Vehicle as particularly specified in Clause 15 of
the Loan Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”). I declare that it will be my
sole responsibility to inform Lender regarding the aforesaid and indemnify against any
potential loss or damage which would arise out of any adverse outcome. In case of the
terms hereof and the Agreement, the Lender shall have the complete authority to put
this indemnity bond into enforcement, besides taking other steps, including recalling of
the Loan and re-possession of the Vehicle as specified in Clause 4.3 of the Agreement.
