NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSTH AS FOLLOWS: 1 ‘The Builder guarantees that the construction/development of the schedule ‘mentioned premises willbe completed as per the terms and conditions contained fm the Agreement of Sale dated executed in favour of the borrower, andthe possession of the Flat allotted to the Borrower shall be delivered to the Borrower by on or before 3 March, 2025 as stated inthe Agreement of Sale dated ‘The Builder also guarantees that proper conveyance wil be executed in favour of the Borrower, upon receipt of the full ‘The Builder and the Borrower have not created any encumbrance over the Flat allotted to the Borrower, and affirm that all sanctions and permite fom the felevant authorities have been obtained for development and construction of the schedule mentioned premise, ‘The Borrower and the Builder undertake that they will not create any further ‘encumbrance onthe Flat allotted tthe Borrower and the proportionate undivided share n the schedule mentioned premises sald tothe Borrower.
