School
The child must go to school every school day unless the child is ill [☐ and a

Children’s Court Clinic

14 14 Mother may live with the child. Contact within the home must be monitored and contact
outside the home must be supervised.

If Mother is not living with the child, Mother may have contact with the child [☒
for a minimum of three per week at times and places as agreed between the
parties.

DFFH or its nominee will supervise contact unless DFFH assesses that
supervision is not necessary. Cherlyn Petterlin and Paternal Grandmother are
assessed as suitable to supervise Mother’s contact. Upon Father completing
three clean screens as directed, Father may supervise Mother’s contact.

Preservation condition of a permanent care order


      The permanent carer(s) must preserve the child’s identity and connection to
the child’s culture of origin and the child’s relationship with the child’s birth
family.
Cultural plan for Aboriginal Child - permanent care order
      must comply with the cultural plan for the child.
Other
15 Mother & Father Must engage with a family support service such as Child First and
allow reports to be given to DFFH.
