STEP 1

Download and install the J-Runner Application from here:

http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showpost.php?p=551011&postcount=1

STEP 2
Open up J-Runner and wait for it to finish checking for updates. Once it is finished checking files, download
the RGH dash of your choice. The menu in which to do this is shown in the pictures below.

The Dashboard(s) selected will download and once they are done you are ready to begin updating.
STEP 3
Connect the Xbox 360 to the power supply. Leave the Xbox 360 off. Connect a Mini USB cable to the DemoN
daughterboard that is located on the console as demonstrated in the pictures below.

STEP 4
Once you have connected the Mini USB cable to the DemoN’s connector and inserted the power to the xbox,
plug the other end of the USB cable into your computer. You will need to install the driver for the DemoN
before you can continue, found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rebgzv7njex3f7m/Demon%20Driver.zip.
First unzip this folder to gain access to the files inside. To install this you will need to right click on “My
Computer” and select “Manage”. Make sure you are in “Device Manager” and find the device labeled DemoN.
Right click it and select update driver software, select choose which drivers to install, select have disc, and then
point the directory to the location where you unzipped the driver files you downloaded from the link above.
There will be a popup window warning you that the driver is not digitally signed, ignore it and select to
continue installing it anyway. Once it finishes up you will be able to see the DemoN logo in J-Runner, a good
indication that your DemoN is now properly installed and you can use it. Below is a picture of what it will look
like when properly installed.
STEP 5
Select the NAND in which you are going to read, in this case we will read the NAND from the Xbox 360 in
order to make our image for the DemoN NAND. Select the DemoN drop down menu and select “Toggle
NAND” as shown in the picture below.
The NAND should toggle to select the XBOX nand, verify in the black log text box on the bottom left of JR. It
will appear as “Switching to XBOX. Success.”

Make sure that the No. Reads below the “Read Nand” button is 2 so that the files will be compared against each
other to ensure a legitimate read. Select the “Read Nand” button to start reading the NAND from the Xbox 360.
It will read twice and then it will compare the 2 files read automatically.
STEP 6
Once the NAND has been read, compared and verified that the 2 reads are the same, you will need to type in the
CPU Key that matches that NAND image. This is used to decrypt information from the NAND image so that
another image may be made with that information. You should have a copy of this key backed up somewhere,
if you do not don’t worry. You will be able to get it from the console via XeLL Reloaded. Typically this is
done by pressing the eject button and waiting for XeLL to boot. Once it boots it will display your CPU Key.
An easier way to get this is to have the Xbox 360 connected to your router with an Ethernet cable before
booting into XeLL. Make sure that your computer you are using is connected to the same router. Then just
type in the IP address that is displayed in XeLL Reloaded into the Xbox IP box in the bottom right of JR. Hit
the “Get CPU Key” button and JR will automatically get the 32 alpha-neumeric key for you.
STEP 7
Now that you have your dumps you are ready to build your glitch image and flash it to your DemoN. Select the
Dashboard that you would like to make the RGH image for, it is always recommended to use the most current
(highest numbered) dashboard version to ensure compatibility with maximum games.

Make sure that the small circle labeled “Glitch” to the right of this menu is selected.
Proceed to configure DashLaunch settings as desired.

Always make sure that you have liveblock selected so that the console is not connected to Xbox LIVE service.

Some of the settings will be different for your setup, depending on what you have booting. Some have
FreeStyledash booting on startup. Some have XEX menu. Some boot into a desired program with a button
press. These settings can be found in the DashLaunch and FreeStyleDash support channels. Select the “Save
Settings” button, and then “OK”. Then select the “Create” button. Once you have done both of these things
you can close that Dashlaunch Ini Configurator.
STEP 8
You may now create the final RGH image and flash it to your DemoN. Select the “Create Image” button.

This will create your image to be flashed and save it to the console’s serial # folder under the main J-Runner
folder. It will be named updflash.bin. Go back into your DemoN menu as we did previously in Step 5. Select
“Toggle NAND” again. This time the text log should read “Switching to DemoN. Success”. Once it is on
there you can click the “Write” button. Select your console type appropriately.
Hit the “OK” button and it will write. It should finish in about 30 seconds. Once it is done, you are finished
and can close out of J-Runner. Test boot your console with DemoN NAND selected to boot. If it comes on and
the dashboard version is the same one you selected in preparing your RGH nand, you have succeeded.
