CAT & MOUSE (TAG and Ball mastery game)

RULES :
- Red players have tails (bibs) attached and run around (running,
skipping, sidestepping )
- Blue players without bibs trying to get these tails out.
- If Bue players do it, put it in ball mastery square (yellow) or dribbling
corridor (orange)
- Players have to perform 10 secs ball mastery (player or coach
choose) or dribble through cones in the corridor up & down before
back to the square.
- Rotate players & roles
PROGRESSIONS & VARIATIONS:
- Choose various ball masteries
- Dribble corridor in different shape
- Add football for each player and Cat trying to win a ball, put it in
yellow square and player who lost a ball need to do Physcial
movement to back in ( starjumps, Squats, etc. )
