Dear parents, Date: 11-02-2022

We want to inform you that the offline classes for grade 1 will start from 16th February(Wednesday)
from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. We will be sending the offline classes schedule shortly. The online
classes will continue to happen simultaneously even on Wednesday. Students can opt for either
online or offline classes on Wednesday. As you all know, the school has already successfully
conducted the offline assessments/exams from last year for grades IX to XII and started with offline
classes from September 2021.We are moving ahead now by introducing 1st graders with offline
classes. We have made extensive preparation and planning to make school re-entry safe and
welcoming for all the students and faculty. We request the parents' cooperation and support to
successfully conduct the offline classes planned for your ward's overall development. The number
of offline classes for grade 1 will be increased gradually based on prevailing situation at that
time. We also request you to make sure your ward follows all the guidelines of COVID-19 and the
instructions given below.

Precautions taken by the school for the smooth conduct of offline classes:

 All staff who will be a part of this offline classes are vaccinated and will wear a mask.
 All classrooms and restrooms are sanitized.
 Students will be seated in a room ensuring social distancing.
 Students will not be allowed to stand together and talk. Teachers are allotted
throughout the ground and corridors for this.
 At the end, students will be dispersed room by room to ensure there is no crowding.
 Request parents to pick your ward as soon as he/she arrives at the gate and leave
immediately.

Students must ensure to follow the below guidelines:

 Maintain physical distance, avoid talking with friends in groups.

 Wearing a mask is a must.
 Carry your hand sanitizer and water bottle and snacks.
 Wear school uniform, girls must wear leggings.
 Sharing stationery items and eatables will not be permitted.
 Students suffering from cold, cough, fever, etc., will not be encouraged to attend
 school. Please inform the coordinator in advance.
 Kindly fill the consent form, sign and submit softcopy through MS Teams
 Assignment of Activity channel within 13/02/2022, Sunday till 9pm.
 Students must submit the hardcopy of the consent form to their class teacher when they
enter the school
 Without submitting the consent letter through MS Teams, the student will not be allowed to
attend the school.
 Please inform coordinators through WhatsApp 9620144047/ 9663158124 if he/she has
travelled in the last 6 days prior to the school reopening day in February 2022.
 Transport facility for students is not available from school. Parents have to
do their own arrangement to pick and drop their ward.
