works for the above project. Kindly note that the provision of the following equipment by Kuwaiti Lebanese Company for
Soil Testing is included in the financial offer:

• Speedy and balance for field density test

• Manual compactor and molds for proctor compaction test
• Liquid limit device, grooving tool and spatula for Atterberg limits test
• Set of sieves for sieve analysis test
• Cubes crushing machine for compressive strength testing
• CBR machine and molds for CBR testing
• Hot plate, oven and reflux extractor for bitumen extraction test

1) The price of any additional tests not mentioned in our Bill of Quantities will be mutually agreed

2) The rates for conducting field tests on Friday / Public holiday or beyond normal working hours
will be charged as per Kuwait labor law

 3) The working hours during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be 6 hours/day as per Kuwait Law of
Labor in Private Sector.
4) Electricity and water will be provided by the client in case of core tests to be done.
5) Minimum of 24 hours notice for field call basis.
6) This offer is valid for 30 days from date of issue.
