Mechanics for Newspaper and Magazine:

1. All 4th-year BEE sections must submit an electronic copy of their magazine and
newspaper from the Campus Journalism course last academic year. The participants can
still edit their entries if they wish to.
2. Each section is expected to have one magazine and one newspaper entry.
3. Entries must be submitted in PDF and PNG format for each magazine/newspaper page.
The folder name must follow this format: (1) SECTION_Magazine Entry; (2)
SECTION_Newspaper Entry.
4. Google Drive links of the newspaper and magazine folders must be submitted to the
respective TEC class representatives.
5. The deadline of all the entries will be on December 1, 2021, 11:59 PM.
6. The TEC class representatives must forward the entries to
pbostheenglishclub.pnumanila@pnu.edu.ph with the subject line, <insert title>. The
deadline for submission is on <insert date>.
7. All entries will be posted on PNU FAL BEE, the official Facebook page of The English
Club.
8. The entries will be judged according to this criteria:
Accuracy and Relevance of Content: 40%
Layout, Graphics and Visual Design: 30%
Grammar and Mechanics: 20%
Social Media Engagement: 10%
9. The winning section will receive a certificate of recognition.
