with others in the profession
- Objectives: Stay up-to-date on educational research and trends by reading two
books by the end of the school year (short term) & start and complete doctoral
program in Education (long term)

I will develop my teacher leadership as a Catalyst for Change.


- Goal: Increase diversity and inclusion of our school through knowledge and
understanding of the different backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and more
- Objectives: Attend professional development training in March during which Dr.
Aaron Howard is coming to speak to our students and staff about diversity and
equity (short term) & serve on the inclusion committee at our school (long term)

I will develop my teacher leadership as a Data Coach.
- Goal: Facilitates the analysis of student learning data, collaborative interpretation of
results, and application of findings to improve teaching and learning.
- Objectives: Finalize end-of-the-year ERB standardized testing results and data
report to present to administration and faculty (short term) & attend ERB
professional development to improve my knowledge and skills of interpreting and
applying student and school-wide data (long term)
