Thank you for acquiring Microsoft® Money 2006 AND one of the following: TaxCut Standard 2005, TaxCut Deluxe 2005, TaxCut Deluxe+State 2005, TaxCut Premium 2005,
TaxCut Premium+State 2005 or TaxCut Business+Business State 2005. You may be eligible to receive a rebate by mail for your new Money and TaxCut products.
To receive your mail-in rebate, complete this rebate coupon and return it along with required proofs of purchase to Microsoft. All qualifying products must be acquired on
or between 11/17/05 and 4/30/06. Rebate form and required proofs of purchase due within 30 days of Money 2006 download. Limit 1 rebate per Money 2006 product and
per household. Each offer not combinable with other Microsoft offers or rebates. This offer is exclusive to Microsoft Money 2006 products acquired directly from Microsoft
via download and to TaxCut 2005 products purchased online via download or physical CD order directly from H&R Block. Limit 1 rebate per household.
To receive your mail-in rebate, follow each of the steps below:
1. Acquire or download TaxCut Standard 2005, TaxCut Deluxe 2005,TaxCut Deluxe+State 2005, TaxCut Premium 2005, TaxCut Premium+State 2005 or
TaxCut Business+Business State 2005 11/17/05 - 4/30/06.
2. Download Money 2006 Standard, Money 2006 Deluxe, or Money 2006 Premium, between 11/17/05 and 4/30/06.
3. Indicate here the one (1) Money product you downloaded AND the one (1) TaxCut product you acquired or downloaded.

4. To submit your claim:
• Go to http://rebatestatus.microsoft.young-america.com/ and complete an online rebate coupon, and then print and mail the rebate coupon with
qualifying proofs of purchase to the address provided on the Web site, OR
• Complete and mail this original coupon and send with qualifying proofs of purchase to the address listed on this coupon.
• Qualifying proofs of purchase for Money include:
• A copy of your “My MSN Billing Account” statement that shows the Money product you acquired. To locate your “My MSN Billing” statement,
go to https://billing.microsoft.com and log into your account using your .NET Passport account. Click on “view subscriptions” and then print a
copy of this page clearly showing which download version of Microsoft Money 2006 you acquired.
• A copy of your purchase confirmation e-mail for the Microsoft Money Product download you just acquired.
• Qualifying proof of purchase for TaxCut is a copy of your order confirmation/invoice for the TaxCut product you acquired.
Submit this completed original coupon and qualifying proofs of purchase within 30 days of the Microsoft Money product purchase.
