This bond of indemnity is made on the 27th day of Oct, 2016 between M/S. hereinafter called
the exporter (which means and included their successors, administrator, executors and
assignors) and the president of Pakistan through the Deputy/Assistant collector of customs
AFU, Export, Jinnah International Airport KARACHI.

Whereas in accordance with the government of Pakistan’s decision contained in the export
policy order 2009, Ministry of commerce has authorized temporary export of imported goods
for repair/replacement purpose after submission of an indemnity bond by the exporter vide
S.R.O 192(1)/2013 Dated: 08-03-2013

Now the exporter intends to export defective items for replacement purpose vide GD No.
RPAF-HC-11215 Dated 17-FEB-2016 in accordance with the above provision of export
policy order 2013. The exporter under takes that the exported goods after replacement and re-
import within one year from the date of export. In case of failure to re-import the goods after
replacement Exporter binds to bring the foreign exchange involved i.e. (FOB value in foreign
exchange $10,000.00).

This indemnity bond shall be cancelled as soon as the above goods after replacement, re-
imported and evidence is produced to the Deputy/Assistant collector of customs AFU Export,
Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, about the importation of goods exported.
