Rationale
In order for the people around Barangay Antipolo to be responsible enough owning an animal. To lessen the stray dogs and cats that can
harm citizens passing through, and stop stray animals to multiply that can cause rabies and malnourishment to them because they are not
owned by anyone in the area. Mostly, to prevent skin problem diseases of stray animals that can infect when contact with human.

Expected Outcomes 1 No stray animals can be seen on the street


2 Priority is given strays who are suffering from cruelty or neglect
3 All animals that have been caught will be posted in social media for adaption and make
documents for every stray animals captured
