All quality relations with suppliers are based on the secured website AgcoNet® to the
following address: https://net.agcocorp.com
Access to the site and to needed applications is granted when the supplier become officially
registered to work for the Beauvais plant.

Supplier selection, organization assessment

Use of AGCO SRR, Supplier Readiness Review.
Organization assessment for all new suppliers, significant business increase, review of
current supplier organization.
- SRR preliminary – on http://agco.quality.fr (public website) – general information and
self assessment for Commercial Logistics and Engineering relation with Agco.
- SRR on-site – Quality assessment on the location working for AGCO.

New project
- APQP to record on Agconet®, menu Quality, header APQP

New parts / products

- When purchase order specify the need for Initial Samples, or PPAP requirements,
measuring reports must be recorded by supplier on Agconet®, menu Quality, header
INITIAL SAMPLES.
- The application monitors presentation on-time of the sample, actual recording of
reports for both supplier and Agco inspecting departments, approval levels of AGCO,
reminders, performance on new parts.

Quality claims – Agco Alert on Quality (AAQ)

- All factory quality claims are communicated via AgcoNet® and recorded on
Agconet®, menu Quality, header AAQ&CAP, sub-header AAQ. Supplier decision on
containment action required within 24 hours on the website.

Corrective Action Plans

- All required CAP are generated on the AgcoNet® website. Agconet®, menu Quality,
header AAQ&CAP, sub-header CAP. Follow the 8D format.

Quality performance
Monthly supplier quality performance is updated once a month on Agconet®, menu Quality,
header Performance Table / Graph / Details

Delivery schedules
Weekly update for all web schedules on Agconet®, menu SUPPLY.
For each supplier to download weekly.
Application reports needed schedules, late deliveries, visual progress of factory needs on a
year vision and progressive detailed schedule.
