The researcher was able to examine each regional profile and identify all of the current concerns in each

area of the
Philippines, classifying each of these issues into sectors such as demographics, physical, weaknesses, opportunities,
and threats analysis is used to identify these issues. The facts and findings of the study demonstrate that the region
4-a CALABARZON, region 4-b and region 5 ranks are the top 3 of overall recognized weaknesses and threats,
indicating that the region is the ideal place to undertake more research in order to tackle at least one of the region’s
problems.

The southernmost part of the main island of Luzon is home to region 4-a, region4-b and region 5. It provides as a link
between the Visayas and Mindanao islands. With a total land area of 16,873.31 km2 (6,514.sq.m) and a population
of 16,195,042 as of 2020, the region has become the most populous area in the Philippines. The region has become
the most suitable place for ease of development.
