THIS NOTICE HEREBY IRREVOCABLY CONFIRMS AND ANNOUNCES TO THE WORLD THAT FIRST REPUBLIC
REGISTRAR fOUNDATION (“FRRf”) (www.FRRf.org) IS THE OFFICIAL REGISTRAR OF THE SOVEREIGN
INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE AND THE SOVEREIGN INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (“ICJ-ICC”)
(www.ICJ-ICC.org) AS OF 27TH JULY 2017. THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WAS MADE BETWEEN:

H.E. HRH Lord Windsor Sir Ricky: Nathaniel (Passport Number: India Z2279090) known as “Sir RN” and H.E. HRH Lord Sir
Poh-Heng: Loong (Passport Number: Malaysia A33395407) known as “Sir Alvin”, collectively known as “PVHL-
ICJGLOBAL.ORG ICJ-ICC Court Judges / USCPB Bank Directors”, based on the Planet Earth in India, Hong Kong and
Malaysia (where PVHL is the Saturn Planet Saturn Government Saturn Parliament Saturn Imperial Sovereign Royal Family
NATO OTAN Paramilitary High Command Crown Jewel Company, Precise Venture Holdings Limited, a British Virgin
Islands (BVI) Company / Conglomerate; the ICJGLOBAL.ORG represents the International Court of Justice Intracourts
Bureaus also comprising of the United States of America (USA) US Treasury Board (UST) and the Sovereign Royal Imperial
Federal Reserve System Board of Directors (FRBG) and where forth USCPB is the U.S. Capital Private Bank (ETO), the
largest private bank offshore divine realms jurisdiction bank trust company working with the European Union (EU) European
Parliament (EP) European Central Bank (ECB).

And: H.E. HRH Lord Sir Paul-Anthony: Simons (Passport Number: JA A3180008) known as “Sir Paul: Simons”, representing
the “FRRf” (First Republic Registrar foundation), based in New Cairo, Egypt.

The primary purposes and objectives of FRRf is to provide an international platform for all good governments, sovereign groups,
organizations and peoples to file and record good Allodial Titles (for landed property) and Sovereignty Certification (for individuals
as well as sovereign states). All Allodial Titles and Sovereignty Certification documents and contracts are issued by the
Exchangor/Grantor of FRRf – a common Law Pure Trust (cLPT) – in accordance with the Uniform Commercial code (UCc) and
common Law Principia (cLP).

Furthermore: FRRf is part of a conglomerate of entities including: Sovereign ICJ-ICC, UDCRF (Universal Digital Currency Reserve
Foundation), digitalReserve and UHTf (United Humanitarian Trust foundation) and have come together for the purposes of serving
humanity in the areas of food, water, clothing, energy and shelter, by way of a wide range of humanitarian projects: see
www.uhtf.org/projects. We intend to re-establish Balance, Order and Justice in the World and the Universe – a process that is
ordained to occur by divine timing and natural process.
