Course Title : Civil Procedure

Course Credit: 4 units

Course Program Description:

The course is designed to teach the neophyte student in the intricacies of civil procedure and its distinction with other procedural laws.

General Course Objectives: At the end of the course, the students are expected to:
1. Master the concept of jurisdiction
2. Master substantive law in relation to procedural law
3. Master civil procedure
4. Know the basics from initiating the complaint until judgment
5. Understand all the remedies available under the rules and jurisprudence
