My name is Iliana Ramos, and I am proud to offer my recommendation of Noel Paredes

to whom I have personally known for 4 years. Noel and I work in the same building, where we
see each other every day. My mother and I own a boutique next to the locksmith where Noel
works. The building is rather small so everyone knows each other and our families pretty well.
During this time I noticed how Noel is always the first to arrive at work, and constantly has a
positive attitude.
Noel is very knowledgeable in the work he does, I remember when my boutique had just
opened, we constantly had issues with our backroom door and other opening procedures. Instead
of having us call someone else or pay for a service of Noel was always willing to offer us his
help. As new business owners, the help that Noel offered us meant a lot, as we didn’t have a
huge amount of money to spend on services or locksmith issues. Noel was always there to cheer
us on with words of positivity and good faith.
In life, I have come across a lot of people but few have had the kindness, and
determination that Noel does. I would wish for nothing more but for Noel to stay in the United
States forever, his daughter would be heartbroken if he were to ever leave. Noel values his
family and work extremely hard to provide for his daughter. Noel makes it a point to be able to
spend time with his daughter as much as he can. The bond between his daughter and Noel is
beautiful. As a person looking from the outside in, you can tell how much Alondra loves her dad.
I cannot imagine how much pain it would cause Alondra if her father could not be near her.
