To whom it may concern, 

I am writing this letter because I attest that my employee Francisco Ramos was 
not in any healthy physical condition to work because of the car accident he 
suffered on December 23. Francisco is one of my best guys and It was awful 
to see how badly hurt he was because of the accident. During this time he 
took a total of 19 days off.  

December 26, 27 ,28 ,29, and 31st.   

January 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15th.  

This amounted to a total of $4,160 paid missed work when he was recovering 
from the accident.
