Besides that, the leader of the company should also set up a dedicated organization to
deal on this sexual harassment problem. This special organization can be set up in the human
resource department who is specialized in helping victims and report any harassment
behaviour. This organization should act as a role model to the employee for the prevention of
sexual harassment. Thus, this may decrease the happening of sexual harassment in the
workplace.
