I am writing to express my intention to apply for the ERF Evaluation.

I am Elaine Joy D. Otiong, 26 years old and a licensed professional teacher. I am a graduate of
Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) Major in English at New Era University. I passed the
Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) with a general weighted average (GWA) 80%.

In 2019, I was given a permanent position as an English Teacher at Sauyo High School. Moreover, I have
twenty-one (21) units in Master of Arts in Education Major in English (MAED English) at The National
Teachers College.

Attached are the requirements needed for the ERF Evaluation.
