LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT: Your employment will be effective for six (6) months but can be
terminated on or before this period. This decision will be based on a need to further extend the
contract or otherwise.

IRS/SSNIT CONTRIBUTIONS: The company will make your statutory contributions on your behalf
along with your 5.5% personal SSNIT contribution. The company will also make a 13% SSNIT
contribution to your monthly base salary prior to taxable earnings as our obligation to your social
benefits.
