Educational Planning and Financing course delve with the school operational and

strategic planning to achieve institutional goals.  Along with the planning is the financing of the
programs or projects considering the available resources and outsourcing of funds.  Employing
evaluation of the program and projects, to determine its gain or achievement, for possible
planning and financing adjustment.

           This course is designed to provide the school administrator with the conceptual
framework and knowledge essential for strategic plans to be developed and implemented. The
leadership skills required to direct an effective strategic planning initiative is given particular
attention. The strategic planning process is also examined in the context of a shared decision-
making environment and the extensive planning process for school improvement.
