SOP for Degree (+3) Phase-II Admission 2021-22 (for Waitlisted

Applicants)
1) Vacant seats of HEIs will be published at SAMS website on 15 th December 2021 at 02:00
PM.

2) (a) Subject wise seats (If vacant) will be de-reserved.

(b) There will be no reservation and weightage.

(c) Selection of the waitlisted applicants (Five times the actual vacancy) will be
prepared and published purely on merit basis.

(d) The waitlisted applicants list will be published in SAMS website and HEIs e-Space.

3) Eligibility Criteria:

a) Applicants who have not been selected in 1st and 2nd Selection of Phase-II.

b) Students who have been selected in lower option and taken admission in 1 st or 2nd
Selection of Phase-II will get a chance for being selected in higher option if vacancy
still persists.

4) Applicants can view their waiting rank status by login into the SAMS account and
accordingly they will have to report at respective HEIs.

5) HEIs will prepare the selection list based on the reported applicants at HEIs.
Accordingly HEIs will have to publish the selection list in the HEIs notice board and
updation of the same in HEIs e-Space.
6) All selected applicants will have to pay the admission fees to generate and download
the intimation letter along with CLC.
7) Those, who have taken admission in earlier phases need to deposit differential amount
of admission fees, if selected. For newly selected candidates will have to deposit the
full amount as per the admission fees provided by the concerned institutions.

8) If an applicant has been selected in multiple choices/option, s/he can make the
payment against only one option for taking admission (to be done in SAMS applicant’s
login). Once the applicant selects one option from the multiple selected option, the
other options will be immediately disabled. No further editing is possible in any
circumstances.

9) It is mandatory for the applicants to take admission in their selected college after
downloading of ‘Intimation Letter’. Once intimation generated, his/her earlier
admission in the previous institute/course will be automatically cancelled.

10) After end of the Phase-II admission (24th December 2021), if the subject wise vacancy
still exists then respective HEIs can select the applicants from the waitlist applicants
so provided (as per point 2.(d)) and the process will continue as per the above-
mentioned rules as per merit. Final data updation in HEIs e-Space shall continue till
30th December 2021 (05:00 PM) Excluding Government holidays.
