The pandemic of Covid-19 has made a lot of brands struggling.

However, Nike has taken

this as an opportunity to build its brand equity. During the pandemic, Nike has decided to donate

30,000 pairs of shoes to healthcare workers, and those shoes are especially designed for them.

Moreover, Nike cooperated with a non-profit specialized on effective distribution of goods

donations named Good360, in order to make it easier to delivery to workers in different cities

like Chicago, Los Angeles, Memphis and etc. The purpose of Nike doing this is not only to show

their support to frontline workers but also to encourage people in community to fight against the

pandemic. This activity has helped Nike to greatly increase its brand equity.
