Contract Terms
We require a complete rooming list or credit card guarantee no later than __14__ days prior to arrival of the group. Any
reservation requested after this date will be subject to availability. If method of reservation is call in, reservations must be booked
directly with our reservation department at the hotel for the special group rate. Individual guests will have until 4PM the day prior
to arrival to cancel their reservations without penalty. For entire group cancellation, 14 days notice is required. All rates DO NOT
include the state tax of 9.75% and city and county occupancy taxes of 10%.

Individuals are responsible for room rate, applicable taxes, and any incidentals. There will be penalties for smoking in guest
rooms and for bringing pets that are not ADA certified. Thank you and your group for respecting our other guests.
