: You can look at these highlights. Pretty much everything covered Namasthe, Highlights of gut
cleansing diet plan :

1: Its highly important to follow timings as mentioned for desired results.

2: please start your day with luke warm water.

3: complete your pranyaama after luke warm water and go for detox drinks.

4: Detox drinks : Carrot detox : People with thyroid can avoid this and can go for buttermilk
detox. 5: Breakfast Meal: option 1: you can have medium sized fresh raw coconut with 12
soaked and peeled almonds. If it’s hard to get fresh coconut you can go for 2 spoons dry coconut
overnight soaked with 12 overnight soaked almonds peeled and half a banana add some palm
jaggery to it. Option 2: Sprouts : (small bowl of )take 1/2 quantity of moongdal sprouts and add
1/4 quantity of overnight soaked and boiled peanuts. If you have any gastric issues or bloating,
please boil moongdal sprouts along with Peanuts before taking them.

6: Lunch Meal : choose either option 1 or 2 but please don’t mix two options. Please have 2
tspoons of ghee while eating lunch with curries or dal. You can cook tomato dal or dal tadka (limit
the usage of tamarind to once or twice a week) While cooking Guards, please don’t use red chilli
powder, red chillies, tomato, garam masala. NO for fry, NO for pulusu or NO for adding in daal.
Please add green chillies for spice. Don’t add any powders like sesame or peanuts in curries .
Please don’t use any other vegetables or things which are not mentioned. Cook tomato rasam
with out tamarind. Finish your lunch with curd rice and banana/ Mango. 7: Dinner Meal: please
don’t add other vegetables for salad. Use only cucumber or carrots. Dry roast chia seeds and
sprinkle few along with few drops of lemon and two morsels of curd rice (morsel is one mudda )
Spinach : Saute Spinach in ghee along with cumin seeds and please don’t add any other things
in it. Important things: Use only recommended rice types Please use filtered oils, 💯 virgin
coconut oil, avocado oil , sesame or groundnut oil Please use A2/ Grassfed milk. Use only
homemade desi ghee... use organic unsalted butter sticks (no sweet cream)
