PROMISSORY

To whom it may concern,

This is to express in writing my inability to pay on time the amount due for the
special subject of ST 303 MANAGING A SERVICE INTERPRISE, amounting to
P4,500. I promise to pay said amount on or before the 15th day of May.

Furthermore, the undersigned mother is fully aware that subsequent

promissory note shall not be accepted without settling my current due amount.
